Antecedents and consequences of intra- and interorganizational networks, with special focus on embeddedness, the role of multiple network flows (multiplexity), and network evolution. Additional interests are communities of practice, knowledge management, industrial districts, managerial cognition, institutional theory, field research methods and social network analysis.
